Video: Rosemont JV Football Highlights, for Fun and Motivation

The video captures the team's matchup against Luther Burbank High School and was uploaded last week.

A local filmmaker turned his attention to Rosemont High School's junior varsity football team earlier this year, capturing its game against Luther Burbank.

The team, which finished the season with a 7-3 record, lost the Oct. 19 game against Burbank 29-24, according to MaxPreps. But the outcome of the game wasn't the videographer's main focus:

"For fun and the experience I made a small highlight film of the league championship for Rosemont High School Junior Varsity team against Luther Burbank in Sacramento, CA," filmmaker JM Knudsen says on a Vimeo page. "A friend associated with the team invited me out to watch the game and I said I would make a video for future motivation and the football program. I rarely get the opportunity to create sports films so I just had fun with the film and tried to capture the essence of this day."

Roberto, Looks like the discourse is losing steam. There's an article in today's Bee by PaulRead More Krugman (Nobel Prize winner for economics) titled "Austerity policy creating long-term unemployment." I'd be interested in your thoughts on Krugman's take on the debt issue you raised days ago.

Now, now Mark, no need to get personal. Tom brings some important facts to the table. Our nation'sRead More spending is uncontrolled in almost every area including defense. We're not managing our spending and revenue is in the toilet. If the administration continues at this pace, they'll be going to Mexico for our next loan.
