The Sacramento Sheriff Communtiy Impact Program, is proud to offer a FREE program exlusively for girls. Sheriff's deputies will work with certified trainers form Crossfit Centurion to present a fitness program in conjuction with a program created by retired Arizona State University Professor Dr. Katherine Jones called My Body 4Me. SCIP's team approach is designed to inspire self-confidence while promoting a healthy lifestyle. In this program you will learn:
- Team building & leadership skills that will give you self-confidence.
- Basics of nutrition and the importance of making a good meal choices.
- Effective ways to make fitness a positive way of life.
