Accomplishments: Last year Nguyen was published in the UC Davis Law Journal, where she was able to show off her writing talents.
Nguyen also loves art, and for her senior project, she organized an art gallery at Rosemont High School that drew more than 200 people.

Key to Awesomeness:
Nguyen started volunteering at Rosemont High School her freshman year and has had perfect attendance since kindergarten. Among her many hats she is the Associated Student Body (ASB) Ambassador, Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Council President, and helps out the Rosemont High School Parent-Teacher-Student Association.
“My way or the highway,” she said. “If there had to be one word that would describe who I am, it would be 'persistent.' ”
She has proven to her school and our community that she can get the job done.
