Ryan Seeberger's Next Step

This Capital Christian High School student plans to attend California State University, Sacramento.

Ryan Seeberger says he can be described as a social and caring person–two qualities motivating him to study nursing at California State University, Sacramento, this fall.

“I like talking to people and I’ve always been a caring and nurturing guy,” Ryan said.

He hopes a career in nursing will prove to be a hands-on job that will not only keep him on his feet, but also allow him to care for people.

As he graduates from , Ryan is leaving behind a school that has felt “like a big family.” Ryan said he enjoyed his time at Capital Christian because it's a place where students can know everybody, and teachers are hands-on and care about the students.

His favorite memory is from September, when he and a few friends put together a “wish granting” ceremony for the school’s homecoming.

Ryan dressed up in a fairy costume and used a wand to grant wishes but was interrupted by the fire alarm. Apparently, the smoke machine had caused the alarm to set off and the entire school was soon evacuated. In addition to granting wishes, Ryan also spent four years on the varsity soccer team.
