Rosemont High Looks for Thanksgiving Day Runners

A team from Rosemont High School will participate in the Run to Feed the Hungry.

Last year, brought to the annual charity event Run to Feed the Hungry. This year, more people have signed up to run, and the team is still growing.

The school will again have more than 100 participants at the Sacramento charity race on Thanksgiving morning, Rosemont High School Activities Director Chris Gosney said this weekend.

The goal is to bring 150 people to the event, which would raise $7,500 for the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services, according to a press release. Registration for Rosemont High School participants is $40 for adults and $35 for students, a decrease from the standard team rate of $50.
