Rosemont High Holding Fundraiser for Sober Grad Night
Tickets will be available this weekend outside the Save Mart on Kiefer Boulevard.
Students and parents at are hosting a pasta fundraiser later this month to help raise money to pay for safe and sober grad night activities. The fundraiser will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 18 at Rosemont High School, and tickets will be available this weekend.
Tickets are $5 per plate and attendees will have a choice of either pasta or a sausage sandwich. Both selections will include salad and a beverage.
Rosemont High offers a safe and sober grad night for students, which typically takes place the night of graduation. The Parent, Teacher, Student Association at Rosemont High is lending a hand to ensure this night is affordable for each student. Currently, the grad night event is estimated to cost each student $50.

Freshmen and sophomore students are already raising money to help fund their graduation-night festivities, and have worked to help plan the pasta fundraiser.
“This is a way to get involved in the community and raise money for our students,” freshman parent Marina Wilkerson said.

To purchase tickets, contact Marina Wilkerson at 916-508-0676. Tickets will also be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday in front of the on Kiefer Boulevard, and again on Feb. 12 and 13.
