Ah, the prom, that unforgettable night rife with wonder and excitement; high school juniors and seniors on the precipice of adulthood bursting with teenage angst and hormones, praying that cursed pimple goes away before the big night, the excruciating pressure of asking that special boy or girl, the last-minute rush to the tuxedo store, the elaborate hair and make-up sessions. And, of course, your mother...and her dreaded camera!
It really is a special time in a young person's life, and for seniors, that night is Saturday, at the Firehouse Restaurant in old Sacramento.
