Cat lovers are invited to the Sacramento County Animal Shelter to learn how to turn scrap yarn into simple mouse toys for cats at the shelter to play with.
Basic crocheting skills are required, and guests are asked to bring scrap yarn, small crochet hooks (size H or I) and fiberfill stuffing.
The new toys will be given to the cats in the animal shelter. For more information or to RSVP, contact Laura Taylor at ltayor@hmmh.com.
