Attracting, Developing and Retaining World-Class STEM Talent

STEM talent is indeed global and skills must be sourced worldwide. Companies will need visibility into where skills are located and access to them to overcome location mismatch, the challenge of STEM talent not residing where it is needed. Utilizing both traditional labor market intermediaries (staffing agencies, job boards) and emerging intermediaries to reach talent will be vital.

This conference will focus on how organizations can recruit, develop and retain the STEM talent needed to excel in the 21st century. Representatives of industry, higher education and government are encouraged to attend and set a course for aligning our nation’s workforce with the needs of employers.
