Capital Christian's Haleigh Filer has a lot of promise, according to the Sacramento Bee. They released their "Players to Watch" list this week, and Filer was included among the most talented in the region.
"The returning All-Golden Empire League player is averaging 16.1 points, 8.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists for the Cougars," wrote the Bee.
