Athletics Boosters Holding Cinco de Mayo Fundraiser

The all-you-can-eat dinner will be catered by Celia's Mexican Restaurant.

A historic barn just outside of Rosemont will be the site of a high school sports fundraiser next week.

's will host a Cinco de Mayo fundraiser dinner at 6 p.m. on May 5. The event will be held at Crawford's Barn, 2715 Tiber Dr.

The barn is part of a 2.75-acre private park owned by the College Greens East Homeowners' Association, according to its website.

"This property, including the historic horse barn, was originally part of a horse ranch owned by Mr. Samuel Henry Cowell," the website states. "The barn housed his stable of race horses including the famous horse named Crawford, the namesake of this community facility."

The Rosemont Cinco de Mayo dinner will be $20 per person, and will feature all-you-can-eat food from . The event will also include a DJ, silent auction and raffle.
