At $249,900, this 5-bedroom home (with 7,318 square-foot lot) rings in as one of the most expensive homes on the market in Rosemont this week.

This two-story, 2,007 square-foot home, built in 1976, is located on quiet cul-de-sac, less than a mile away from Rosemont Park. The home features wood flooring, three full bathromms, stucco exterior, fireplace and a two-car garage.

The home has been on the market for 12 days as of Monday, according to the listing.
