CRPD Calls Emergency Budget Review Meeting

The Cordova Recreation and Park District will hold an emergency meeting Friday to review its fiscal year 2011-12 budget.

The district's board of directors' budget and finance committee will meet 1 p.m. at 2197 Chase Dr., Rancho Cordova.

Interim District Administrator Doug Critchfield explained the meeting this way:

"The meeting is a meeting of the Budget Committee to review the FY 11/12 budget prior to approving a fund transfer in anticipation of receiving grant funds from the State," he said in an email. "A couple of the board members wanted more detail before making their decision on Monday."
