Murder Suspect Arrested in Connection with Rosemont Shooting

that's exacty it ,though .ACCUSED.the sacramento city police department can,try to recall what happened between veiwers&whoever was involved.but ,the fact of the matter is Michael ,was a good guy !&,he hung around,and got caught up as the first suspect.FREE MIKE.the more they do their research ,they'll see where bad blood was drawn..and he will no longer have to be in this light,or manner.may alex,RIP.and may you free MIKE for justice.speak up !

No they shouldn't free MIke he was involved he was the driver and he does a lot of bad things in rosemont like pull out guns on little kids and take there money and shoots up houses and he rape my younger sister

I've known Mike for a few years and all he does is cause trouble. The neighborhood is better off with him off the streets. It's too bad a life was taken for this to happen. Prayers go out to the victim and his family. I hope the accused gets the punishment that fits the crime!

Please note that this is a Sacramento COUNTY investigtion, not CITY.
The FACT remains the same, (regardless of who is the "nice guy"), Rodolfo Villa and Michael Almeda are charged with the MURDER of Alexander Chavez because of EVIDENCE of their involvment. Our justice system, unlike those in other countries, does NOT randomly arrest people on a whim. Keep in mind that Mr. Chavez was SHOT 6 times, not once, nor twice - 6 shots were fired. Has anyne heard how Rodolfo Villa and Michael Almeda pled at their arraignments? And I heard their was also a juvenile taken in for questioning but released for the time being.

BillyBob, where YOU THERE that night of January 17? How do you know what/when/who we saw that night? You are making assumptions and assume you know all the answers when you have no facts. The FACT is you do not know what witnesses saw. I've not seen anything published so how do you know there were 4 men in the car? "U SEEN FOUR GUYS"
Pleae enlighten us with facts since you seem to know so much information! Next court date for Michael Almeda is February 14.

i understand some people thinking he was a good guy...cause i thought he was too.NEVER did i think i would see Michael's name in the same sentence as "being convicted for murder" but i have been hearing that he has been causing a lot of problems these past couple of years.i have family that stays in that area and things like this are what make me nervous for my family.I' m not in any ways saying that he did or didn't commit the crime but either way he will be punished for involvement.weather he gets locked up or not.sad to say it might not be the way the law intends it to be but it will happen.unless you are actually involved in the case,YOU know NOTHING.everyone other than who was actually there when it happened knows nothing and are going by what they hear also.ive known alex chaves since elementary school && met michael in highschool. in my perspective ive had nothing bad to say about either of them.just sayin no one should have their life taken so young but if michael did commit the crime hes gunna get what he deserves.

Maybe ur sis was drunk n embarrassed n doesn't wanna b a trick...or maybe she was mad he just wanted to c wat it was like real quik....,but he's not a rapist if he was someone should've charged him then.... Dont talk shit now that he's in a bad spot.... I hope hope hope he's praying . N I praay so bad that he's going to b released... It's really hard to think my kids wont c him.... He shows his fam so much love...I think the only thing he's guilty of is being young . N in a wrong spot.....this guy does not deserve harm... He didnt do it... I love u cousin imu... Michael, If you are convicted, whatever you do, if it isnt too late already, Do Not Join any Gangs in prison. If you do, you are probably NEVER getting out or your term will be alot LONGER. While waiting sentencing side with the Pisas or Native Americans. If you are convicted side with one of the races I mentioned and your term will be shorter.

Only the lord knows the truth , of what happened to the young man Alex. And whom did it. The lord will not let the persons responsible get away with doing the devils work. It doesn't matter if he wasn't the shooter if he was in the car he doesn't just deserve to be there he deserves worse.. he will not get to see your kids anymore............
Alex will never get to meet his baby.. never see him/her grow up.. his girlfriend is pregnant. He died protecting her from the shots.. if he was in the car he could have stopped it.. he didn't and for that he should rot in prison.. these kids actions have destroyed many families including their own.. life in prison isn't even enough punishment..
