Mercy San Juan ER on Lockdown After Woman Brought in Stabbed in the Chest
After a woman was brought in by her friend with a stab wound to the chest, police are searching for her boyfriend, suspected in the attack. Mercy San Juan Emergency Room is on lockdown.
The Mercy San Juan emergency room was put on lockdown Wednesday morning, according to Fox 40 News, as hospital teams treat a stab victim.
Sacramento Sheriff's Deputies told Fox that a woman was brought into the ER with a stab wound to her chest, saying her boyfriend had stabbed her. She was brought to the hospital by a friend, according to deputies.
It’s unknown if the woman’s wounds are life-threatening, but she’s reportedly having a hard time communicating. Investigators are now looking for the woman’s boyfriend.
