Update 3 p.m.: All lanes are now open, CHP reports.
Update 2:40 p.m.: The two right-hand lanes on Highway 50 eastbound are now open, according to CHP. Two left-hand lanes remain blocked.
Posted at 2:20 p.m.: Eastbound lanes on Highway 50 are blocked at Watt Avenue near Rosemont because of a multi-vehicle accident.
The California Highway Patrol reported a crash at 1:25 p.m. Monday, March 11, that involved at least three vehicles, one that was overturned.
At 2 p.m., CHP reported that eastbound Highway 50 had all lanes blocked at Watt Avenue and did not have an estimated time of clearing. Motorists are adviced to use alternative routes.
We are unsure of injuries at this time.
