Anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of will now be eligible for a $10,000 reward, authorities said Thursday.
"This reward money was established based upon the recommendation of the county’s Chief Executive Officer, and with the approval of the County Board of Supervisors," Sacramento County Sheriff's Department spokesman Dep. Jason Ramos said in a press release. The previous reward was $1,000.
Jessica was found dead early on March 6 in a at Rosemont Community Park, beaten, stabbed and asphyxiated.
Tips in the case can be reported to the sheriff's department at 916-874-5115, 916-443-HELP (4357), or by sending a text message to 274637 (CRIMES) with "SACTIP" and the information.
