Former Juvenile Court Official to Be Arraigned on Thursday
Authorities said the former juvenile court official tried to convince underage girls to model nude.
The attorney authorities said was arrested on Feb. 15 for trying to convince underage girls to model nude is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday at 9 a.m.
Daniel Horton, 47, was an attorney who worked as a juvenile dependency court referee – an attorney who acts in the capacity of a judge.
The Sacramento Police Department said in a press release that “Detectives believe that Horton may have contacted other women, including monors, representing himself as a modeling agent or photographer, and requesting they pose naked or engage in masturbation.”

Horton was turned himself into the Sacramento Police Department on Feb. 15 and was released the same day.
