Crime is actually down 36% in Rosemont as of the last annual assessment per the Sheriff Dept., from Nov 2010 - Nov. 2011. There was a spike in property theft/burglary in Dec - Jan 2012, but recently has been brought back down as of Feb. However, you are right in that the Bradshaw, Micron, and adjacent Folsom Blvd border areas are particularly problematic, and that specific gas station was robbed just weeks earlier at gunpoint. According to public arrest logs, this suspect lives deep within Rancho and has a criminal history. And he is yet another one who has been caught.
