Feb. 28-29: Shooting at Chevron on Bradshaw Road

No one was injured at the Feb. 24 gas station shooting.

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Department said a man entered the Chevron on 3300 Bradshaw Road on Friday, Feb. 24 with a concealed and loaded handgun and fired it at two men. The shooter missed the victims who were not injured.

The suspect, Joshua Codner, 19, was arrested and booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail.

Codner was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of firearm by a felon. He is still in custody and his bail is set at $170,000. He has a hearing scheduled on March 14 at 8:30 a.m.

No other information was provided about the shooting. The information is listed on the Feb. 28-29 crime log because it was not entered into the Sheriff Department's log until Feb. 28.
