Dump Truck and Sedan Accident Reportedly Blocking Jackson Rd
The CHP is reporting an accident southeast of Rosemont.
The intersection of Jackson and Excelsior roads is blocked by an accident between a dump truck and a gold sedan, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP's website reported the accident at 8:47 a.m. Friday, and said the vehicles were blocking the entire roadway.
Shortly after the accident, white smoke began pouring from under the hood of the gold sedan, the CHP said.
