At-Risk Teen Missing From Vineyard Area

Christian McDaniel, 16, was last seen at his home in the 9000 block of Chantal Way in Sacramento at approximately 11:00 p.m. Feb. 6.

Law enforcement authorities Thursday asked for the public's help in finding an at-risk 16-year-old boy who went missing from his Vineyard area home last week.

Christian McDaniel, 16, was last seen at his home in the 9000 block of Chantal Way in Sacramento at about 11 p.m. Feb. 6, according to Sacramento County Sheriff's Department spokesman Sgt. Jason Ramos.

He is considered to be at-risk because of an unstable emotional condition, and is possibly suicidal, Ramos wrote in a news release.

McDaniel has black hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 9 and about 235 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, a red baseball cap and red and white tennis shoes.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of this missing teenager was asked to call the Sheriff’s investigators at 916-874-5115.

Roberto, Looks like the discourse is losing steam. There's an article in today's Bee by PaulRead More Krugman (Nobel Prize winner for economics) titled "Austerity policy creating long-term unemployment." I'd be interested in your thoughts on Krugman's take on the debt issue you raised days ago.

Now, now Mark, no need to get personal. Tom brings some important facts to the table. Our nation'sRead More spending is uncontrolled in almost every area including defense. We're not managing our spending and revenue is in the toilet. If the administration continues at this pace, they'll be going to Mexico for our next loan.
