What was your voting experience today? Long lines or short? Friendly poll workers or surly? Anyone annoying you outside the polling place?
While California isn't known for the kinds of voting issues that sometimes plague swing states like Florida, irregularities do arise: Today in Redwood City, precinct workers reported two men dressed in black were intimidating voters by asking for their IDs, which is not a requirement to vote in California.
We want to hear your voting stories—good, bad or just interesting. Post them in the comments below, or send them to email@example.com. Our Patch editors will follow up on reports of problems.
If you experience problems voting, you can also call the Election Protection Hotline, run by the nonpartisan Lawyers Committee on Civil Rights, at 866-OUR-VOTE.
