Good morning and happy Monday, Rosemont! Today may be a somewhat soggy start to a new week, but there's still lots going on around the area.

  1. Today is Columbus Day, which means post offices, Sacramento County and federal offices will be closed (sorry, state workers!). The Bee has a full list of closures here.
