Home prices are rising across the country, and the same may be true in Rosemont.
A national index says home prices in 20 metropolitan areas around the United States were 9.3 percent greater in February than they were a year prior, according to Reuters.
Locally, real estate website Zillow says the average value of a home in Rosemont was $166,000 in March, up from $137,000 a year before that.
Sacramento appraiser Ryan Lundquist shared the above chart with us Tuesday, saying he sees "pretty clear trends" in the plotting of all Rosemont home sales since 2008.
