A look back at the week ending Jan. 22.

Another busy week in Rosemont is coming to a close, and here's a glance back at the stories that made news this week.

  1. - We asked around to see what people thought about a gruesome torture / murder case coming to a close.
  2. - Local school district officials got a glimpse at what Gov. Jerry Brown's budget proposal would mean for them at an informational session last week.
  3. - A woman was arrested this week under suspicion of shoplifting six bottles of alcohol and other items.
  4. - Good news in the world of Cougar basketball this week.

  6. - This week we looked at a plan to redevelop part of Norcade Circle, a notorious street just north of Rosemont.
