If your rush-hour route includes crossing the train tracks at Folsom Boulevard and Mayhew Road in Rosemont, you may want to consider taking an alternate route.
Traffic is backed up due to malfunctioning train track arms. According to the California Highway Patrol, the arms were reported down, but no trains were going by just before 5 p.m. Tuesday. Vehicles were going under the track arms to get by, CHP reported.
Delays were reported along both Folsom Boulevard and Mayhew Road.
