Thieves Take License Plates in Rosemont
Incidents reported on Tallyho Drive, near the Cordova Golf Course.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said three different residents of Tallyho Drive called authorities Saturday, reporting their rear vehicle license plates stolen.
Dep. Jason Ramos of the sheriff's department said the calls were received at 7:44 a.m., 4:35 p.m. and 10:19 p.m. Saturday. He said the crimes, reported in the 4100, 4200 and 4300 blocks of Tallyho Drive, are classified as petty thefts.
Thanks to Rosemont Patch reader Kylie, who posted this tip: At least six cars on Tallyho Drive had their back license plates stolen off their cars sometime between last night and this morning.
