Sacramento Sheriff's Deputy Bit During Felony Arrest

While serving a felony warrant arrest, Rosemont suspect, Scott Bergeron, reportedly bit an officer.

A Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy was bit by a Rosemont resident Sunday, while contacting him regarding a felony warrant.

The incident, as recalled in the Sac Sheriff’s call log, reports suspect Scott Bergeron, 27, resident at 3900 block of Arderly Court, was advised of his warrant and instructed to turn around for the cuffing of his wrist but became physically resistive while cuffing his other wrist.

While being escorted to a patrol vehicle, the suspect allegedly became physically resistive and refused get into the back seat of the patrol vehicle, spitting and biting a deputy in the altercation.
