Heat Wave Continues This Week

Temperatures will climb into the triple digits in Rosemont for the next few days.

If you thought the weekend was warm, Mother Nature isn't finished yet. 

Get ready for sweltering weather in the this week, starting Monday when temperatures will be in the 100s, according to the National Weather Service.

Make sure to drink plenty of water and keep pets inside during the late afternoon when temperatures peak.  The hot weather should gradually start cooling off by the weekend but remain the mid-90s—not much relief, but at least a break from triple digits.

Monday: Sunny and hot, with a high of 100. South wind around 7 mph becoming west southwest in the morning. The evening will be clear, with a low around 62. West southwest wind between 6 to 9 mph becoming south after midnight.

Tuesday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 103. South southeast wind around 5 mph becoming west southwest in the morning. Clear at night, with a low around 64.

Wednesday: Sunny and hot, with a high of 104 and a low of 64. South southeast wind around 6 mph becoming southwest in the morning.

Thursday: Sunny and still pretty hot, with a high near 103, with a low around 64.

Friday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 101, with a low around 62.

We're not managing our spending and revenue is in the toilet. If the administration continues at this pace, they'll be going to Mexico for our next loan.
