Goodbye Rosemont, I'm Going to Elk Grove Patch

Editor Cody Kitaura is moving to another Patch site, exactly one year and six months after Rosemont Patch launched.

The best thing about my job is being able to tell stories about the life that goes on around us every day. I get to meet new people, learn new things and go interesting places every day, and it makes me feel incredibly lucky.

I've had a great deal of fun telling stories and learning things here in Rosemont, but now I'm moving on to the Patch site in Elk Grove.

With my departure, Rosemont Patch will be run by the competent and skilled , who will act as a full-time guest editor. If you have story ideas, contact him at chrisarns@gmail.com or 916-792-6047.

So for that, thank you, Rosemont. Thank you to the people who let me into your homes and let me tell your stories; thank you to the people who helped me tell the stories that matter; and thank you to the people who contributed by telling your own stories via blog posts, photos, announcements or events. This job hasn't always been easy, but it's always been interesting.
