What Will You Ask Rosemont Plaza Owners on March 28?

The shopping center owners will meet with the community on March 28.

Numerous Rosemont residents have said in the past when they tried to contact the owners of the Rosemont Plaza shopping center, they didn't hear anything in return.

Now they'll have a chance to have their questions answered face to face. The Los Altos and Belmont-based owners of Rosemont Plaza will meet with community members at 6:30 p.m. on March 28 at .

The meeting, hosted by Sacramento County Supervisor Don Nottoli, will focus on the possibility of building a masonry wall behind the shopping center. that the owners are required to build a solid wall separating the shopping center from the homes behind it, but the owners are opposed.

Two weeks ago, , who pushed a decision back until March 27–the day prior to the upcoming community meeting.

If the board of supervisors makes a decision on March 27, the meeting the following day could be a chance to discuss ways to implement any possible changes. If a decision is again delayed, the March 28 meeting could be a way to address concerns before anything is finalized.
