That's according to a cost estimate attached to Tuesday's before the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, which a staff member said would be postponed but still appears on the agenda. The hearing will decide .

The owners of the center have said it would be too expensive, and argued the cost should be shared by residents living behind the center.

The work would include building a wall thousands of feet long, as well as removing 76 trees and grinding their stumps. The wall would be eight feet tall in some places, and six-foot-eight in others.
