Mills Station Road is not in Rosemont, it is in Brookside and that is part of Rancho Cordova. Might want to inform your Staff writer if AOL intends to continue to run such real estate sales articles.

Brad, you're right. While the home on Mills Station Road we had previously featured was listed in Rosemont on AOL Real Estate, it was not in fact in Rosemont. We've replaced it with the least-expensive Rosemont listing that IS actually in Rosemont, this condominium on Newhall Drive. Sorry for the mix-up!

While we're on the subject of real estate listings, a number of them list the local high school as the one inside Juvenile Hall and do not list RHS. Among other obvious errors are listing the area as in the 530 area code. A Craigslist ad for a rental home said it was a 2-story condo, when the rental agency's website listed it correctly is a single family one-story home. The people who generate this stuff are supposed to be professionals.

Wow--interesting stuff about real estate listing accuracy. Imagine reading that your prospective new home's high school is juvie. Thank you all for your eagle eyes on this. We don't need any more negative perceptions out there.
