Former Yunece 61 Owners Open Downtown Restaurant

Yunece 61 closed abruptly in Rosemont, and the former owners have opened another barbecue restaurant.

After Yunece 61 abruptly closed about a year ago, many Rosemont residents wondered what went wrong.

Owners Yoon Hee Cho and Alex Wan said that their Yunece 61 location wasn’t as desirable as their new Korean barbecue restaurant at the corner of Alhambra Boulevard and T Street in Sacramento.

Cho told the Sacramento Press that, “Everybody said they liked the food, but here we have a much better location.”

Yunece 61 was home to Memphis-style barbecue. Now, the new restaurant, Tako Korean BBQ, has a menu full of Korean barbecue items like Korean-marinated steak sliders, Korean stir-fried noodles and marinated Korean-style short ribs.

Tako Korean BBQ has already gained quite a following, according to the Sacramento Bee, and has revived that corner of Downtown Sacramento.

Roberto, Looks like the discourse is losing steam. There's an article in today's Bee by PaulRead More Krugman (Nobel Prize winner for economics) titled "Austerity policy creating long-term unemployment." I'd be interested in your thoughts on Krugman's take on the debt issue you raised days ago.
