Either it'll be incredibly popular, or talking about its popularity will be popular.
A media storm is brewing around the upcoming movie "Hunger Games," and one Rosemont teen told a local television station that she's the No. 1 fan of the series of books.
"My one friend forced me to finish reading it in two days because she wanted to talk about it so bad," Albert Einstein Middle School student Alexis Pinkney told News10.
That station's report repeats a refrain that the movie could be "bigger than Twilight," and the New York Times reported that Fandango was selling "10 tickets per second" to the film as of mid-day Thursday. That pace crowned it as the ticket website's best-selling non-sequel ever, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The in Rosemont will show "The Hunger Games" Friday at 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m., 10:15 p.m., 10:45 p.m. and 12:50 a.m., according to its website.
