Elk Grove: A small tornado touched down in Elk Grove Monday, damaging at least 50 buildings. "Here is a photo of a funnel cloud I took on our way home tonight," writes Patch reader Kristin Parsons. "We just missed the tornado touching down 3 blocks from our house."
Roseville: Reader Debbie Skinner Partin shared her photos of Roseville houses all dolled up for Halloween.
