Where Are Your Thoughts on Memorial Day?

Memorial Day means many things to many people.   Avid barbecue enthusiasts think of it as the official start of the outdoor cooking season.  Kids consider Memorial Day as the start of summer and their looming 3-month break from school.  For others it's a time to finalize plans for beach trips, visits to National Parks or get the camping gear out of the garage.

But for the country, Memorial Day celebrates those who died protecting us so we can continue enjoying the beach trips, the mountain treks and the lazy days of summer and all the freedoms we are all entitled to.
