Sold: How Much Buyers Paid for Rosemont Homes in January

The new year meant a busy month for real estate in Rosemont. In January there was a lot of activity in Rosemont with 15 sales. Of those sales, 10 were bank-owned homes, two were short sales and three were traditional sales. Rosemont Continues to attract the interest of first-time homebuyers.
