Sold: How Much Buyers Paid for Rosemont Homes in February
A look at the selling prices of houses around the area last month.
The short month of February could not slow home sales in Rosemont. It was another busy month for local real estate with 15 closed sales.
First-time buyers are taking advantage of low interest rates and low down payment financing that is being offered by FHA, CalHFA, Fannie Mae. February sales in Rosemont were not all distressed properties, as we had six equity sales, six bank-owned sales and three short sales.
