Sept. 8: Locker Style, Once Upon a Time, More

Good morning, Rosemont! I hope your four-day work week has flown by, as we only have another day until the weekend! But remember, you can have fun every day in Rosemont by checking out some of the cool things we highlight for you right here! Today, you can once again enjoy some high school sports, teens have a choice of making bracelets or decorations for their lockers and preschool children will be treated to storytime!

1. It’s time for some more high school sports today! The soccer team will close out the Cougar Classic today at 4 p.m., while the girls volleyball team will host Bear River High at 6 p.m.
2. And we can’t forget about the Wolverines! ’s volleyball team will also be competing today. The girls will host Lincoln High School tonight at 6 p.m.
3. Teens, do you need some after-school fun today? Head over to the ! The library will provide supplies for you to make thread-wrapped bracelets of all colors at 4 p.m. Make a bracelet for your friends while you let librarians know what kind of programs you want to see!
4. Now that school is back in session, it’s time for you teens to bring a little creativity to your lockers! The wants to help you Rock Your Locker! Materials will be provided from 2 to 4 p.m. to help you decorate your locker in style.
5. The Arden-Dimick Library is also offering some fun and interactive entertainment for your preschooler today! Join the library at 10 a.m. for preschool storytime, including, music, feltboard stories, arts and crafts and more!
