Update: Missing Teen Returned Home
The teen is considered at risk according to the Sacramento Sheriff's Department.

Edward (Eddie) Lewis, 16, was last seen at around 2:45 p.m. on Monday. The Sheriff’s department said Lewis “is considered at risk due to a diminished mental capacity.”
Lewis has reddish-brown, wavy hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a bright orange hooded sweathshirt and blue shorts.
